I believe in providing hands on experience rather than feeding students with lame bookish theories. I have always taught students by giving real life examples so that they could co-relate the knowledge with the real world. I don't take tests very frequently, but assignments are must. My teaching time is around 1 hour and can be extended if subjects are more than one.
