I blend gentle stretching, Pilates, and ballet movements within a holistic approach that enhances body awareness and adapts to each client’s individual needs and abilities. I have the expertise to break down exercises, guide clients in developing movement skills, and target specific areas through carefully sequenced Pilates and ballet techniques for strength, rehabilitation, and overall conditioning.
