About Brent
I am a winemaker and viticulturist based in Victoria Australia. I look after 50 acres of vineyard and work making wine for a premium boutique label. I have a background in the Arts and Musical Theatre also.
I manage a small team in the vineyard and Winery and work alongside my boss who owns the business.

My teaching method will be curated to whatever the student wishes to know. Some may want to look into the technical side of winemaking and viticulture, some may want to learn about the science behind sensory analysis and chemical compounds. Others may just want someone to help guide them learning how to objectively taste and look at wines.
