I do not work currently, I am disabled and have been Looking fo a work from home job. I used to a substitute teacher and this subject was one of my greater subjects. I don’t think anyone’s grades suffered I have not heard of any student not being able to graduate.

I only do K-12 no college students sorry I have to help the kids. I guess I am an okay instructor, when I substituted I never had any complaints on me. So I must have done something right. My approach as a tutor, I really don’t know how to answer this question except to do things as if it were a substitute job and someone needing more directions in an assignment.
