If a coach is enjoying what he’s doing, everyone around him can see it—on his face, in his body language, through his energy level. (And we can also see it when he’s not.) A true love of the game is contagious, and it breeds players who will love the game as well besides this he communicates well with the audience which is as important as having the knowledge about sports.
He can prepare the player for tournaments giving coaching about the sport is different and preparing the player for tournaments and all is different for which he is quite capable.
