About Eric
Throughout my eleven-year tenure as a mathematics educator, I have consistently dedicated myself to the classroom environment. However, due to unforeseen personal health challenges and injuries, I anticipate a prolonged period before I can resume my teaching duties in a traditional classroom setting.
Recognizing my passion for teaching and my desire to continue contributing to the education of students, I have considered alternative teaching methods that align with my comfort level and the needs of my students. These methods include virtual instruction, hybrid learning models that incorporate both online and in-person components, and personalized one-on-one tutoring.
By exploring these alternative teaching options, I aim to provide my students with the support and guidance they require while ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Experienced mathematics teacher of 11 years is looking for students who need help in math grades 5 through 12 (including special ed students with IEP accommodations are welcome, three years experienced as a special education, teacher and learning disabilities before moving to general education population). I’m willing to do virtual hybrid and complete in person tutoring whichever is easiest for your family. One last thing,I’m more than happy to work with people who have financial difficulties as well.
I use real world examples that kids can relate to by getting to know your child and their hobbies and passions in life and use that information to put the math into what they are passionate about and show them how to solve the problems that they may run into and also how do you creatively solve the problem. I have experience teaching any learning style whether it’s visual auditory and or a combination of both for my hands-on students I would not recommend virtual tutoring, but if that is what they prefer, I will make sure that we establish that it won’t be as hands-on as they would enjoy it as if we were in person.
First things first before we can get the answer we need to fail, not everything works out always the first time. If you don’t fail, you cannot be successful. So let’s assume that you’ve already have the attitude that you failed it. It’s time to OK so show me how you fail and then and then I will show you how to get up and make it right as I care more about the actual work and and the steps that they take to get the answer. If I can follow your thought process, I can fix your problems of what you’re doing in each question and we can focus on that it always a small mistakes that end up becoming the biggest problem and in classes and I’m going to make sure that you don’t make those mistakes anymore once once we get to work.
