About Lucas
Your personal instructor: Lucas Walters BA (Hons) DIPLCM
‘I am an exceptional pianist having graduated from the University of Leeds with an Honours degree in Music. I specialise in the teaching of Jazz Piano, and Jazz Music Theory.
I have been playing Music my whole life, beginning the piano at just 3 years old. In this time I have honed and mastered my skill on the instrument as well as developed experience in both teaching and performing. I have been apart of many groups and bands, including the National youth Jazz Orchestra and the National youth Jazz Collective composed of some of the top young Jazz musicians in the country. As well as composing and performing with my own musical groups in venues all across the UK!
I am really forward to spreading my musical knowledge and assisting other individuals in their development as a musician!’
