About Kanishk
I am an engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
I am a self taught musician and a self taught nutritionist.
Health awareness became a thing for me from then and i never looked back.
I helped the elderly at home and relatives, my friends, drug addicts and strangers that i found in the community park with health and mind issues and its been such a wonderful journey altogether.

I listen to what people say they eat everyday and suggest small hacks to start with.
In the times where our senses are over-stimulated, I enable the people to understand the subtle language of the human body.
For eg. how body reacts to the food we eat, sleeping patterns, the people we surround ourselves etc
