About Jenni
I particularly work with new yoga teachers helping them understand WHAT and HOW to teach yoga. I also teach classes tailor-made to you and your specific needs in a 1:1 setting. As a student of Yoga for the last 25 years, and a yoga professional, my passion is to help people feel good in their minds, hearts, and bodies again. I do this through teaching movement, meditation, philosophy, and breath work all while giving journaling prompts and deep reflections as well as discussions to help students uncover their life purpose.
