Welcome to My Yoga Classes!
Hello, I’m Muthuram a passionate and certified Yoga Instructor dedicated to guiding you on your wellness journey. With 3 years of training in Hatha Yoga, I offer a safe and welcoming space where you can develop both physical strength and mental clarity. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.
I believe in the power of yoga to transform lives—improving flexibility, relieving stress, and fostering a deep sense of mindfulness. My teaching approach is rooted in respect for each student’s unique journey, with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath awareness, and meditation techniques to help you achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit.
Each class is carefully planned to ensure a thoughtful, inclusive experience. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and encouraged to explore your potential.

Hatha Yoga is one of the most traditional forms of yoga, focusing on the balance between body and mind through physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The word "Hatha" comes from the Sanskrit words “Ha” (sun) and “Tha” (moon), symbolizing the union of opposites.
Warm-Up:
Gentle stretches to prepare the body.
Basic breathing exercises to center the mind.
Asana Practice:
A series of physical postures performed with attention to alignment.
Poses range from beginner-friendly to more advanced as the class progresses.
Common poses include Mountain Pose (Tadasana), Warrior Poses (Virabhadrasana), and Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana).
Pranayama (Breathwork):
Focus on controlled breathing techniques, such as alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) or three-part breath (Dirga Pranayama).
Relaxation and Meditation
Concludes with Shavasana (Corpse Pose) to relax the body and integrate the practice.
Guided meditation or mindfulness exercises to promote inner calm
