I am a well trained yoga instructer. I have done Masters in Yog Science from Atal Bihari Vajpayee University.I am teaching Yog at my home, at students home and through online medium also.
I believe to live our life fullest and spreading positivity all around us. I welcome those persons who wanted to be physically and mentally fit. Yog is the only way which helps you to be fit ,which purify your mind, body and soul together, which helps you to boost your confidence,improves physical and mental fitness, develops your personality and increase positivity in your life.

2)Different types of Aasans (depending on our body requirement) like-Dhanurasan, Vrakshasan, tadasan, Vajrasan, Gomukhaasan, Noukasan, Chakrasan, Halasan etc
3)Suryanamaskar-All I2 aasans steps
4)Pranayam- Anulomvilom, Nadishodhan, Bharamari, Shitali ,Shitkari etc
5)Mudras & Bandh-Hasth Mudra, Mulbandh, Jalandharbandh, Uddiyanabandh and Mahabandh
6)Kriya-Vipritkarni
7)Meditation- Ohm naad
8)Dhyan-jyoti dhyan, sushm dhyan
