About Shree
I am a hypnotherapist with a masters degree in psychology. I have been in the field of coaching, counselling and training for more than 25 years. I have been working with weight loss for the past 3 years. I have conducted both group sessions and individual sessions and helped people gain the right mindset required for them to achieve weight loss.

I am a psychotherapist/hypnotherapist and have been working in the area of weight loss for the past 3 years.
Weight loss journeys when undertaken alone can be a lot more difficult than when supported and challenged. Support from family is great, however, because of emotional ties it is hard to be held accountable.
While addressing issues of weight, other allied issues( such as self sabotaging behaviors/ anxiety and sleep) are automatically sorted.This ensures that there is a platform of success to continue your journey toward your set goals.
