About Alpha
I am a fitness and health coach and I have completed my diploma in fitness and heath from Conestoga College in Kitchener. I also have helped many clients to lose weight and made it easy for them as my internship. I had worked in a gym too.

my teaching methods are as follows: I don't tell them what they have to do to lose weight instead I tell them how to do it and then they usually figure out how they want to do it. I like to do it online or in an open environment where everyone will have a conversation and no one will feel like a typical classroom
