I am a competitive boxer and Muay Thai athlete with experience competing in Asian and national-level competitions. Combat sports have completely transformed my life, teaching me discipline, confidence, consistency, and the importance of pushing beyond my limits.
Through years of training, I transformed myself physically and mentally, and I found a passion for helping others experience the same growth. I know how powerful martial arts can be, not only for building strength and fitness, but also for improving confidence, focus, and mindset.
My lessons combine boxing and Muay Thai techniques with fitness training to help you improve your skills, get in shape, build confidence, and become a stronger version of yourself. Boxing & Muay Thai Coach
I provide personalised boxing and Muay Thai training sessions designed to improve fitness, confidence, strength, and fighting ability. My lessons focus on proper technique, footwork, striking combinations, defence, conditioning, and practical combat skills.
I also help clients achieve their fitness goals through high-intensity training that improves endurance, coordination, weight management, and overall physical performance. Each session is adapted to the individual’s experience level, whether they are beginners looking to learn the sport or athletes aiming to improve their skills for all ages.
