About Tamanna
Hi! My name is Tamanna, and I’m passionate about teaching coding to beginners in a fun, simple, and encouraging way. I have experience teaching students through coding workshops, beginner classes, and student-led learning programs.
I enjoy helping students build confidence in technology and problem-solving from the very beginning. Since I also started coding as a beginner, I understand how important it is to learn in a patient and comfortable environment where questions are always welcome.
I mainly teach Python basics and Scratch coding through interactive exercises, games, and small creative projects that make learning more engaging and less intimidating.
I will also be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, and I’m excited to continue growing in the field of technology while helping younger students start their own coding journey.

I teach Python basics and Scratch coding in a simple, beginner-friendly, and interactive way. My classes are mainly designed for school students and complete beginners who want to start coding without feeling overwhelmed.
I focus on understanding concepts step by step through small projects, coding exercises, games, and real examples instead of only theory. In Scratch classes, students can learn animation, storytelling, and game development creatively. In Python, I teach important fundamentals like variables, loops, conditions, functions, and basic problem-solving.
I have experience teaching 80+ students through workshops and coding sessions, and I always try to make classes supportive, engaging, and comfortable for beginners. Each class is adjusted according to the student’s pace and learning style.
As a future Virginia Tech Computer Engineering student, I’m passionate about technology and helping new learners build confidence in coding from the very beginning.
