About Kim
I was accepted to New England Conservatory, the Eastman School of Music, and the Peabody Institute of Music as a violin performance major with various merit scholarships. I have won international music competitions and performed as a soloist in venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York and the Wiener Saal Konzerthaus in Salzburg. I have also performed in music festivals across the United States, Austria, Taiwan, Singapore, and the Philippines.

I tailor my lesson plans and teaching methods to each individual student's needs and goals, but my lessons will usually start with a short warmup to go over basic technique, and then move on to repertoire the student wants to learn. This repertoire can be classical, pop, jazz - anything a student wants to learn I am happy to teach! I usually teach beginner to intermediate violinists of any age, so whether you have some experience or are just starting out I definitely have something to offer.
