About Diana Alejandra
Hello! I´m glad you stop by here. About my experience: Since I was 6 years old I have learned to play the violin; I have been different academies being the first place where I learned at the UAG (Autonomous University of Guadalajara), academies in Durango such as Cesaretti, Live the music and finally enter to Esperanza Azteca orchestra, now ONEM at 14 years old. I have attended workshops taught by foreign violinists brought by the UJED (Universidad Juarez del Estado de Durango) and taken private lessons.

During my career I have observed and learned which methods work and which do not from my own experience. For me, the balance between enjoying music while learning to do it correctly is essential to avoid later problems and get the best out of the student and the instrument. My methodology will be focused on the student, taking into account their age and previous knowledge that they may have of music to have a starting point and develop technical skills, musical ear and musical appreciation; on the other hand, depending on the tastes or aspirations we will work a piece (in method or known) so that the student recognizes his progress. Working with young children is very rewarding for me. With children, it is not necessary that from the first day you have an instrument, since you can work with concepts and dynamics that will help you with technique and musical enjoyment. It includes material (methods or digital scores) that the student can keep so that their musical growth is continuous.
