About Pheidah
I started my yoga practice in 2016 and have been hooked ever since. It has helped me support my overall wellbeing, even through the stresses of medical school. I profoundly care about co-creating safe spaces for you to show up as they are, and be met with love and compassion. I see myself as a guide on the yoga mat and not an authority, you have the space to do what feels welcome in your body and leave what doesn't.

Vinyasa yoga classes for those starting or wanting to deepen their home yoga practice with private one-on-one classes. I apply a somatic approach to yoga, combining asana, breathwork and meditation to suit your current needs and abilities. Classes are maximum 1 hour long and done in English. Let's co-create a space to move, breathe and be without judgement. Looking forward to meeting you on the mat.
