About Heather
Yoga has been part of my life for the past 20 years, it helps to keep me grounded, calm and mobile. For me, it is the ultimate form of self-care and one I love to pass onto my students.
I like to introduce my students to a practice that they can do on their own and develop so they can continue to take care of themselves.

Guiding those who are new to yoga or who prefer not to be taught in a group setting. (Adults)
Length of a class is entirely tailored to the individual from 30 - 90 minutes. Covering breathing, poses and meditation.
I am a RYT 200 Certified Vinyasa Flow Teacher teaching online as a student and qualified teacher.
