About Barbara
I am passionate about bringing yoga and mindfulness to individuals and communities around the world. 500H certified with strong teaching experience I have led parts of teacher trainings and personal development programmes. From teaching in studio, to private classes, within charities and organisations, I am flexible to what works best for you and your practice. I see yoga as a dance that reveals the authenticity in each and every one of us and believe we can all benefit from it by stepping on our mats on a regular basis.

Yoga teaches me humility, it makes me come out of my comfort zone and it brings me freedom in order to grow. This is what I share during my classes and why I enjoy connecting through teaching and giving hands on assist to yogis. My classes awaken and strengthen the entire body, focus on breath, develop concentration and clear the mind on and off the mat. My Ayurveda knowledge allows me to tune in to the 5 elements that are moving through your body and helps me adapt the classes from a strong vinyasa flow to more yin and relaxing postures.
