About Alex
I’m a Veterinary Science student at the University of Liverpool and I’ve always enjoyed Biology and Chemistry.
I also have experience teaching and coaching swimming, so I’m used to working with different people and explaining things in a way that makes sense to them.
I’m patient, easy to talk to and happy to go over things as many times as needed.

I like to keep lessons simple and focused on what the student actually needs help with. I normally start by finding out which topics they struggle with, then go through them step by step before using practice questions to make sure it makes sense.
Lessons would usually be around 1 hour, but I’m happy to adapt depending on the student.
I’m currently studying Veterinary Science at the University of Liverpool and I also have experience teaching and coaching swimming, so I’m used to explaining things clearly and working with different ages and abilities.
My lessons are mainly aimed at KS3 and GCSE students studying Biology, Chemistry or Combined Science.
