About Harshita
Hi, my name is Harshita, I am a movement practitioner specializing in Dance and flexibility and I'm trained in contemporary, jazz, heels dance, kathak and commercial/street styles. I also practice yoga and Zumba along with fitness and flexibility conditioning. I'm passionate about teaching and sharing what I have learned over 12 years and helping my students in their movement journey.

The classes are carried out in personal formats in a way that you are ignited with passion to show up for yourself and with the goal of not just aesthetics in body image but helping each one move and find their own expression, in whatever form of movement they relate to and find their own best self in the process. I know Harshita for nearly two years now. Before I started training with her, I hated working out and always thought weights and strength training is not for me.
I had trouble with consistency and having her constantly be pushing me to workout and keeping me accountable and motivating me helped a lot!!
My goals were to lose weight and to gain upper body and core strength, generally lead a more healthy lifestyle and to be able to do so consistently
I have significantly improved upper body strength, was unable to do push-ups before, even core strength has improved, I mostly enjoy my workouts as she is such a positive person and I have managed to shed weight and be more or less consistent. I 100% recommend Harshita.Excellent trainer, highly recommended. Been working out with her since 2021.
