About Amelia
I am a recent graduate from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences, and Human Social and Political Sciences, eventually specialising in Biological Anthropology. I have been giving online tutoring lessons for students aged 8-21, with grade success. My students often achieve top grades due to a tutoring programme of academic discussion, encouraging deep understanding of the subject. I have also spent 5 years working at a children's art school, running lessons for classes of up to 30 pupils.

My teaching method revolves around academic discussion. The most memorable and inspirational academic content is that which you have discussed and have had the opportunity to truly understand. I begin each session by discussing a topic with the student, pressing them on areas which they appear the struggle to understand. I will then talk the student through descriptions of content which they have struggled with, or wish to know more about. Once they are able to show a good enough understanding to explain back to me then the session will continue to talk through exam questions.
