About Samantha
I have been vegan for almost 4 years. Prior to transitioning to being vegan, I had been a vegetarian since I was 10-years-old. This was when my love for cooking began. Being the only vegan in my household, I had to learn to cook my own meals from quite early on. I learned to cook through a somewhat expensive route of trial-and-error. I will like to help you save money by teaching you what I have learned so you don’t have to experiment to learn how to cook.

I’ll start with the basics of ingredient combining and knowing which ingredients complement each other. Next, I will teach you how to make easy flavourful meals such as one-pot dishes and slowly, we will work our way towards more complex dishes or, if you prefer, we will work on veganising your favourite non-vegan meals. I will also teach you have to make vegan treats and dishes to impress your non-vegan friends and family.
