Myself Deepak Patel I want to teach you real philosophy because mental fitness is also required to stay fit. I completed my education in Vedic mode like in tapovan education system where you have to do all kinds of your daily duties along with your study like washing clothes, cooking, farming, taking care of your elder & younger ones. Play real open ground games like football, volleyball, kabbadi, Kho kho, cricket etc waking early doing chanti, prayer, meditation, Surya namaskar, swimming, yoga, spiritual preaching.
