i hve known rashida for 4 to 5 yrs...we did our final yr of graduation together....i hve seen her growth...emotionally n intellectually...shes into coaching since many yrs..she has good content knowledge.... her experience is matured...she has command over language n most importantly she has tremendous patience...which makes her a really good teacher.
