About JAGRITI
My Approach to Teaching Mathematics With over 8 years of experience teaching students at various levels, I’ve developed a flexible and effective approach to help learners truly understand and enjoy mathematics. Here’s how I guide students through their learning journey: 1. Clear, Step-by-Step Teaching I believe in simplifying complex topics by breaking them down into manageable parts. I explain each concept step-by-step, using straightforward language and visual tools like charts, graphs, or illustrations to help students build a strong foundation and make sense of abstract ideas. 2. Consistent Practice with Real-World Connection Practice is essential in mastering math. I design a variety of exercises that gradually increase in difficulty, helping students build confidence and skill. To make learning more engaging, I often relate problems to real-life scenarios, allowing students to see how math applies beyond the classroom. 3. Tailored Support for Every Learner Every student is different. I take time to understand each learner’s strengths, gaps, and learning style. Whether a student needs extra help on a specific topic or a new challenge to stay motivated, I adapt my teaching to fit their needs—offering personalized guidance, targeted practice, and one-on-one support when needed.

I hold an MSc in Mathematics (2021) and bring over 8 years of teaching experience in both India and Canada. My experience spans a wide range of student levels—from Grade 3 to university-level mathematics, including three years focused explicitly on Grades 3–8. I have had the privilege of guiding many high school and university students who have gone on to secure prestigious academic positions worldwide.
