About Modest

Hello, I’m Modest, and I’m excited to be your guide on this journey into the world of technology. With years of experience in teaching digital literacy and IT, I’m here to help you transform technology into a powerful tool that can enhance your life and work. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Phoenix, where I graduated with First Class Honors, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Education from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, also with First Class Honors. Additionally, I have a teaching license from Ghana, which reflects my dedication to helping others succeed in the digital age. I’ve had the privilege of working with students from all walks of life—whether you're a student in primary school, university, or an adult seeking to enhance your skills. My lessons are tailored to meet your unique needs and learning pace, ensuring that you always feel supported and motivated throughout your journey. With my experience in both education and hands-on IT, I can help you navigate everything from the basics of computer use to mastering advanced skills in programs like Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and more. I also make sure to integrate modern technologies like Artificial Intelligence to help streamline your learning process. My approach is patient, personalized, and practical. I believe anyone can become confident with technology, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to make learning technology simple, engaging, and accessible for everyone. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, I provide step-by-step guidance to help you gain confidence in using technology.

I cover a wide range of topics, from the basics like turning on a computer, navigating the desktop, and understanding how to use key software tools, to more advanced skills such as using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and even tips for using mobile phones. I also focus on internet navigation and how to use technology and Artificial Intelligence to simplify your daily tasks.

My lessons are personalized to suit your individual needs, whether you're just starting out, working through school, or simply interested in learning more about how technology can improve your life. With my experience in digital literacy and IT, I’ve helped students of all ages—from young children to adults—gain the knowledge and skills they need to become confident digital users.

With my background in Cybersecurity and Information Technology Education, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on teaching experience to every lesson. I’m here to ensure that you not only learn but also feel empowered to apply your new skills confidently in the real world.

Are you ready to begin? Let’s make technology work for you!
