RECOMMENDATION: MS. MARTHA BAUMAN

I have known Ms. Martha Bauman since 1989 when I began my employment with Cobb County Schools in Marietta, GA. During the nine years that I was employed with the Cobb County School District, I worked closely with Ms. Bauman, and she consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, respect, and integrity with students, parents, and administrators.

Ms. Bauman is highly educated, passionate about teaching, and devoted to motivating students as she instills and accommodates their desire for lifelong learning. She has over 30 years of experience as an educator in public school systems. During this time, she has taught a variety of subjects to students who represent a wide spectrum of socioeconomic levels, learning styles, academic abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and personal experiences. She is extremely flexible and thus successfully adapts to any challenges, whether anticipated or unforeseen.

In addition to Ms. Bauman’s credentials and teaching experience, she has traveled extensively during her career. This aspect has enabled her to create and implement additional age-appropriate enrichment opportunities for her students.
