About Mijema
Hello! I am a dedicated Geography educator, tech enthusiast, and also a university-trained professional.
My academic journey at Murang'a University of Technology is driven by a deep fascination with how our physical world operates. biogeochemical cycles. I teach because I believe Geography should never be a boring, textbook-only subject. My goal is to bring the outside world directly into the classroom.
By combining my university-level pedagogical training, my hands-on fieldwork experience at the Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD) in Nairobi, and my strong background in IT and digital literacy, I create dynamic, visually engaging learning experiences. I do not just dictate notes; I set up interactive sessions that make abstract concepts easy to visualize and master.
I am patient, highly organized and deeply committed to helping every student not only pass their exams but genuinely understand the incredible world around them.

My Approach and Methodology:
I transform Geography from a theoretical subject into a practical, visual experience. Rather than relying on rote memorization, I utilize digital integration, high-quality visual aids and also real-world data to explain complex concepts. My online and in-person lessons are highly interactive, designed to build genuine geographical analysis and map-reading skills.
My Qualifications & Experience:
I am a university-trained Geography and Education specialist currently facilitating the modern curriculum in a high-performing Nairobi school. My academic background is strengthened by extensive practical fieldwork, including physical meteorology studies and weather instrument analysis at the Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD) headquarters in Nairobi.

2. High School Exam Candidates: Learners needing targeted revision for national or international exams, particularly in challenging areas like physical geography and map work.
Lesson Structure:
