About Emilee
Hi! My name is Emilee and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of Queensland. I have worked as a tutor for over a year now, having worked with students aged from grade 1 to grade 12. Further, I have taught many English lessons, with experience as an ESL Tutor. Studying to be a Psychologist, one of my passions is to help others. Tutoring is an excellent way to do this. I love the opportunity it provides to help students feel confident in their abilities, as well as teaching them to love learning just as much as I do!

My teaching method varies from student to student. I understand that everyone has a unique learning style, and therefore I do my best to adapt to this to ensure you can gain the most from my tutoring lessons. However, I'll often take an approach that allows the student to gradually gain independence in their ability to complete tasks. I will go through the challenge at hand step by step with the student, and then continue to step back as they learn to problem solve on their own.
