About Mair
Hello, I'm Mair, thanks for taking a second to view my profile. I'm a second year university student currently studying English Language at Aston University, averaging a first. I am a driven, organised individual who has joined this site hoping to give others the same confidence my own tutor was able to give me.
As a student myself, I understand that everyone learns differently, thus I'm fully committed to ensuring that any student is comfortable and confident with the way they are learning. I am friendly, creative and understanding, with plenty of patience and a consistent eagerness to help others. I can also create flexible lesson plans and share my own resources which I found helpful when I was studying at A-level and GCSE.
English is my main passion in life, however I have also been horse-riding for sixteen years and I am always keen to share my passion and knowledge, for the sport, with others. I've ridden and volunteered as yard assistant at several local yards, also caring for a young rescue stallion and thus I am willing to help with any matters involving confidence, safety and general yard maintenance also.
