About Charlotte
I was awarded my undergraduate degree from the University of Warwick and my Master's from the University of Oxford. In my professional career, I have worked for the House of Commons, as well as within the Local Government and Museum sectors. I am currently taking a leave of absence from my PhD programme.

My tutoring style is guided by you - how do you learn best? What do you need help with?
I am a patient and understanding tutor, and my strengths lie in helping my students develop essential skills to succeed in the subject of History: critical thinking, analysis and constructing a well-rounded argument. (i.e. I will be asking you 'Why?' a lot.)
A typical lesson would be an hour long, and I am able to teach from GCSE up to undergraduate level and provide feedback on written pieces. I am able to grade undergraduate level work and have experience of seminar teaching and marking papers.
I also have a DBS which is on the update service.
