About Anjali
I am a Master of Information student with 7 years of experience as a tutor.
French is a hard language, and I know firsthand how daunting it can be. I am committed to making learning French less scary, and more approachable. I like to explain why certain idiosyncrasies exist in French, instead of just expecting you to remember it. When you know the reason behind something, it helps to stick in your mind.
As someone who has had to use French in professional settings before, I can help with useful conversation starters, common turns of phrase, and sounding more natural in your accent.

Did you know silent letters exist because at one point, they used to be pronounced?
Learning the ins and outs of a language is important, such as how each letter is pronounced, as well as why and how French differs from English.
Learning the alphabet in French is an essential starting point. Then, we will read short passages, have conversations for common situations, and learn essential verb conjugation.
This lesson template is mostly for ages 6-18, but will be adapted for adult learners.
