My name is Emma Cross an I am a TESOL Teacher.I believe it is important to examine the language needs and goals of learners, This way i can assess the level of students and set a correctly based curriculum to suit the needs of the learner. I also believe in effective and communicative classroom environments. Good communication allows my student to effectively communicate what they have learnt. Positive and constructive feedback is given to student to show that "errors" are not something to be ashamed of but to be used as a learning tool during lessons and lead towards positive learning and give students confidence to use the language. I make changes based on student feedback and the overall success of the lesson.
