About Lola

I mainly want the tutee to feel understood and supported. I think it’s important to provide genuine help to people, to work out ways to best tackle an issue together.

Even though I completed primary and secondary education in the Netherlands, I’ve been a full-time student in Scotland since 2021 - meaning that English is an essential part of my everyday life.
I also completed an intense two-week-long C1 English course in 2017, offered as a summer school programme by the University of Oxford.

About the lesson

My lessons are mainly for primary and secondary school students. However, if anyone else needs some extra support in English, I am available.
I myself obtained my English certificate at VWO level (C1).

I find it important to have a calm and familiar atmosphere during lessons. I have about 4 years of experience as a tutor.
