About Alexander
Alex is a Natural Sciences graduate from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Neuroscience, Psychology and Behaviour. He is now studying Graduate Entry Medicine at King College London.
Prior to attending Cambridge, Alex achieved A*s in Chemistry, Biology and Maths A level. Before studying medicine, Alex was a science teacher at an ‘outstanding’ secondary school in central London, specialising in GCSE and A- level Biology and Chemistry. Alex also taught GCSE Physics and supported students with GCSE Maths. Alex is well-placed to provide tuition for GCSE and A-level science and maths, with sessions designed around and working towards exam practice questions. As a science teacher, Alex is uniquely aware of the knowledge and skills required to achieve top marks and is adept at sharing these skills and consolidating understanding.
Alex also mentors students in application for Oxbridge Natural Science (Biology), Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, having sat the admissions tests and scoring in the top 5% (NSAA, UCAT).
Alex provides personal statement sessions, interview coaching and admissions test tuition. In the 2024 admissions cycle Alex successfully coached Cambridge veterinary medicine applicants to become offer holders.
