About Charlie
I am a student at the University of Cambridge studying history and modern languages. I received a*a*a in history, English literature, and German at A-level, and otherwise have 10 GCSEs ranging from 6-9, including an 8 in Maths.
My interest lies primarily in humanity based subjects, which I am able to contextualise with my good knowledge of the subject area. I can also offer help with personal statement writing and interview practice for university applications.
In my spare time, I write creatively, and deliver performances and readings of these on a regular basis.

My lessons follow the supervision style that I recieve as a student of Cambridge university.
These are conversational and tailored to a student's specific needs, focussing on weaker elements of their understanding and the creation of connection across the course and in the wider context of their studies.
I've had experience helping students with learning difficulties as well as young children so am very patient and able to adapt to different styles of learning- I won't just be pushing a single learning style on a student.
I can offer tutoring for history, German and English literature up to Alevel, and can provide GCSE tutoring for other subjects on request.
