About Harry
I love languages and literature! I study Arabic and Spanish at the University of St Andrews (No.1 Uni in UK- the Guardian, Times, Complete University Guide) and I ranked top in my year in the Spanish exams. I am currently on track for a 1st in both of my subjects. I achieved all A*s at A-Level and GCSE. I have a passion for learning languages and exploring different cultures and as someone who has studied and taught languages all my life and speaks / is learning 5 languages I know how to learn languages efficiently and enjoyably. I tailor my lessons to students' needs. The focus is on speaking and listening to improve confidence and learn naturally. When a grammatical issue arises, I can explain the error to you in a clear and accessible way. I can also teach exam techniques for writing and other disciplines. I normally do 1 hour lessons but I can also do longer lessons if requested. I have tutored Spanish for 2 years and can put you in contact with past students if you wish to hear more about my teaching style.
