About Hadi
I have two masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering and have TA and tutoring experience at the University of Alberta. I have been a TA for different courses like Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics and had interactions with many students. I have also tutored many students from high school and university in various courses. During my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I took different courses in various subjects and gained many knowledge. I have always enjoyed teaching and sharing my knowledge and experiences.

- I actively ask questions and try to induce students use their creativity and active thinking. I rephrase the question to assure that they have understood the questions completely. In this case, they show their eagerness to contribute more.
- I give the student enough time to think about a question or concept and let them do the work.
- I use positive reinforcements to show that student is doing good and encourage them to contribute more.
- Depending on student's request, we work on questions or concepts or combinations of both.
- My tutoring approach alters depending on student's level. It's important to implement a specific tutoring approach depending on student's needs.
