About Jaahnavi
I am Jaahnavi. I Graduated in B.sc yoga And Post Graduated in M.scYoga Therapy in National Sanskrit University, tirupati.
My only aim is to teach yoga as well as yoga therapy and help each and every people to get more knowledge about yoga and why we should include yoga in our day to day life.

Classes will include building strength in the core (through Ashtanga yoga), balance in the body (through hata yoga), as well as increasing the flexibility and range of motion ( vinyasa) , calm your mind , feel alive and revived (pranayam and meditation).
Also JYC YOGA not only focus on outer body but we focus on inner soul.

Jaahnavi is fantastic teacher. She gives her students a good idea of the asanas and techniques that have to be used during her classes besides guiding us through the process. She is patient and preps us to have a positive mindset during and after the class.
