About Jack
I am currently a first year undergraduate at the University of Bristol studying for a BSc in Politics and International Relations. I sat the new Politics A-Level and History A-Level in 2019, so the content is still fresh in my mind!
I specialise in the Vietnam War and Nazi Germany for GCSE History and for Edexcel A-Level History focus on 20th Century Britain, 20th Century America, The British Experience of Warfare and the Vietnam War. For A-Level Politics, I am happy to teach all aspects of the specification.
Having achieved great results in my GCSE and A-levels for both history and politics, I want to help others fulfil their potential.

I understand that every student is different and struggles with different topic areas, so I would make sure that my lessons are tailored around what the student needs help on, rather than stick to a default lesson structure.
Generally though, lessons could include going over and drafting essay plans, oral questions and helping construct detailed mind maps. I am also available to assist with any homework the student is struggling with, and will conclude each session with a quiz on what was learnt in the session.
