UNDERSTANDING "BIOS" (basic input/output system) and Computer Format with (OS)OPERATING SYSTEMS FOR WINDOWS PC

The Fact is this is just a Few weeks course with a lump some Fees of Rs.3500/-lets say month,I don't understand why Learners have to spend money on hourly bases. unless he or she want to complete full degree course.
Let me put you all in this way,Components of any computer desk-top are durable for a long period of time.and usually the hard ware gets damaged due to electric currents voltage high/low or electric short circuit.it will never get repaid like motorbike or a car.eg lets say a ram chip,a mother-board,or a processor stops working,it is not possible to repair those components.but one has to replace it with a new ware.
But Then
there are different ways to check exactly what is or was wrong with those components.Computing is a very wast topic and has to be learned step by step.Just getting a degree/Diploma/certification in computer wont satisfy ones need,As up gradation and new technology always tries new methods.and it will go on increasing further generations ahead.
My computer Teacher taught every topic on Ms window-xp os in 2001 he was not aware that Microsoft would introduce new OS(Operating)like windows 8 or windows 10.what happened with me was I had to gather knowledge and learn again.
Now guys tell me what is all about you will Learn all advance topics wont you coz Windows xp has gone away back far behind,so keep always in mind Computing is a wast subject,one has to learn or understand it in due course of time.
