Communication is extremely important to me. I give people a chance to label, acknowledge and voice their emotions and concerns. Thereafter we work on finding solutions, putting them into action and moving forward positively and enthusiastically. After finding the problem I work on the solutions immediately- dwelling on them longer is unnecessary baggage. We should be free from negativity as soon as possible!
