I study a very specialized degree called CAAH at the University of Oxford, having graduated from my secondary school in London with three A*s in History, Politics and Maths. Further to this I have received awards such as a commendation from the Fitzwilliam Classics Prize and performer of the year in Young Enterprise. My GSCE's are as follows: English Literature, English Language, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, History, Ancient History, Geography, French and Physics (9 A*s, 2 As - in order given).
I have never been at the very top of my classes, but over my years at school I have learnt how to do things correctly without wasting an implausible amount of time. This is important to me because I am not restricted from living the other parts of my life that I love. I am a keen sportsman, playing football, cricket, rugby, water polo, tennis and swimming competitively while teaching golf for the last three years. Academics is not my entire life but I take pride in doing the work I do well which I hope to install on whoever I am lucky enough to teach.

Technique is everything for exams, therefore getting a grasp of how to answer the questions is as important as learning the content itself. Content will always be available in classes, as teachers will always aim to cover the syllabus, but ultimately success in exams are in the the essays that you write.
Three Main Aims:
- Establish a base level of the content
- Work on essay structure and arguments
- Time management in exams

Most importantly, classes are boring, I know that first hand. I'm hoping to inject a fun element into the mix, and try to inject some of the passion that I have in the subjects into the people that I teach!! :)))
