About Yuen Yeng
Hello! I'm Yuen and I'm currently a 2nd year undergraduate at UCL. I have studied English for over 10+ years, and have spoken English since I was 4. I achieved an A* for both my A-Level and GCSE English as a First Language exams, whilst also obtaining band of 8.5 in the IELTS exam. Although I do not have previous experience tutoring, I believe that I have the capabilities to make learning English fun, being a native speaker myself! Do come and sit for a trial class, and you'll see for yourself how fun I can be :D

My lessons are for all ages, depending on what your needs are as English speaker. I am flexible teaching most students, from a complete beginner to those who've had contact with the language and are seeking to deepen their knowledge in other areas. During our first trial class, we can have a consultation to see where you need the most help in, and thus my classes will be tailored to those.
I can also teach, provide feedback and help students who are currently going through their (I)GCSEs and A-Level exams.
I aim to teach interactively, using real-life scenarios and conversation to incorporate what we learn in my lessons in reality. I will also provide resources to further support your learning outside of lessons as well.
My lessons will range from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, depending on how much exposure you need to the language, as well as your own learning needs.
