About Conor
I am a fitness enthusiast that has been playing high level sport all my life including county level athletics and cricket whilst currently playing semi-professional football. I want to provide others with the understanding of how fitness improves the functionality of the body as well as putting individuals through arduous sessions that allow them to reap the benefits of various different forms of fitness that I specialise in.

Providing fitness lessons filled with enthusiasm , determination and sweat for all levels. Length of lesson ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour in order to provide efficient lessons that allow you to reap the benefits of my sessions.I have been involved in fitness all my life and have a large depth of knowledge when it comes to all types of fitness seeing as I have played various sports at county level including cricket and athletics whilst currently playing semi-professional football which require one to understand the functional uses of a gym for ones performance.
