About Losana
Hi! I am currently an undergraduate Psychology student. However, I have wanted to help students within the English subject. During my secondary school years, I have mentored younger students in Numeracy & Literacy skills. I was successful in building a confident student who was able to step out of her bubble and contribute more to her class. I was also very successful in building a strong partnership with my mentee and helping her develop her skills, such as giving her positive feedback, probing her questions and leading her to the right stages of her work.

My teaching method is based on breaking down topics and knowing all about the key details. Also when it comes to English, I like to work off examples and write my own framework. When it came to GCSE and A - Level English and breaking down poetry or stories, I enjoyed the descriptive side and being able to depict my own interpretations of what they meant.
