About Sunesha
I want to tutor students with the intention of encouraging them and helping them reach their maximum potential. Being an undergraduate student myself , i understand how getting through some material can be challenging and I am looking to help students who might need that reassurance that it is possible to get those high grades alongside helping them work towards achieving those grades. Another goal of mine in tutoring students is to make sure they enjoy what they are studying such that it does not feel like a chore each time they sit down with their books, but rather a time where they look forward to gaining knowledge by questioning and thinking through the material. A few fun facts about me are that i love music and play the flute , I also ride horses and I am very passionate about social justice.

As an undergraduate student studying Neuroscience, i have had to take many modules in biology such as cell biology, cell systems, molecular biology and comparative physiology. In addition to this i have also had to take many modules in psychology. I also took Biology at A levels which means that i am very familiar with the material and know how the exams are structured etc. I would typically tutor for between an hour and 1.5 hours .My goal in tutoring is to make sure that the student enjoys learning the subject whilst learning to question and think through the material rather than just accept the material for what it is. My ideal lesson would comprise of me going through whatever material the student has been challenged with over the week and thereafter going through mock exam questions on a weekly basis so that the student also learns how to answer questions well. I am ideally looking to tutor students between 8th grade and high school.
