About Aaminah

I'm a 19-year-old first-year medical student, currently studying at King's College London. I’ve always been passionate about learning — and just as passionate about helping others learn too. That’s why I started tutoring. Having recently gone through GCSEs, A-Levels, and entrance exams, I know how stressful studying can be. I also know what it takes to build confidence, stay motivated, and get results. My goal is to make learning clear, supportive, and even enjoyable — whether you're preparing for the 11+ or aiming for top grades at GCSE. As someone who’s been in your shoes not long ago, I understand how to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I want to use my experience and enthusiasm to help you reach your goals and feel proud of your progress.

About Me I’m a dedicated and friendly tutor with 3 years of experience helping students reach their academic goals. I specialise in 11+ preparation and GCSE support, working with students aged 10–16 across a range of subjects, including Maths, English, and Science. My Teaching Approach My tutoring style is all about personalisation and progress. I adapt my lessons to suit each student’s learning style, whether they prefer visual aids, step-by-step walkthroughs, or hands-on practice. I help students set clear goals, build confidence, and most importantly — keep learning engaging. I place a strong focus on practice, as regular repetition is key to mastering skills and preparing for exams. I also break down complex topics into simple, manageable parts, making learning feel less overwhelming and more achievable.
